The club would like to address a malicious and slanderous rumour currently circulating questioning the stability and future of the club.
We’d like to state in the strongest possible terms that this is 100% inaccurate and totally fabricated.
Our state of the art 3G pitch and superb facilities are receiving record bookings, with our off-pitch function bookings also enjoying excellent interest.
With sponsorship deals breaking records ahead of the new season and our season ticket sales on course for a record breaking summer, the future at Craik Park is bright and we look forward to being hugely competitive in the Pitching In NPL Premier Division.
Unfortunately, we cannot account for the ridiculous assumptions of people not connected with the club, and therefore no knowledge of its workings.
We can’t wait to welcome you all for the new season so we can focus on what really matters, delivering a competitive, community focused set-up that the town of Morpeth can be proud of.
