Morpeth Town produced a thrilling comeback but were forced to settle for a draw following a pulsating game against Sunderland RCA at Craik Park.
The Highwaymen were trailing 2-0 at the interval, but three goals in 10 minutes – a James Armstrong own goal, Liam Henderson’s long ranger and Sean Taylor’s header – put them in front for the first time. However, Colin Larkin scored his second from the spot to earn his side a share of the spoils after Dylan Elliott had given the visitors the lead early on.
